My Leadership Quest

I have recently been reflecting on my leadership journey and thinking about the pivotal moments in my life when I put the stake in the ground for my leadership; how I show up in the world; and the impact I have.

Several years ago, I participated in a Leadership Quest. This wonderful three and one-half day retreat was with an organization called Rites of Passage.

This retreat called Quest for Leadership brought me back in touch with nature. Not only with nature surrounding me, but most importantly, with my own nature. With my innate wisdom.
